01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks about 1 medium pineapple, peeled and cored
02 - 1 cup coconut water
03 - 1 cup cold water
04 - 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice 2–3 limes
05 - 1/4 cup canned coconut milk well stirred

→ Sweetener

06 - 2–3 tbsp agave syrup or honey to taste

→ Optional Garnish

07 - Pineapple wedges, lime slices, and fresh mint leaves

01 - Place pineapple chunks, coconut water, cold water, lime juice, coconut milk, and agave syrup in a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until very smooth.

05 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or serve immediately over ice.
