# Directions:

- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Brush both sides of each tortilla with vegetable oil. Drape each tortilla over an inverted oven-safe bowl or ramekin placed on a baking sheet to shape into a bowl.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp. Allow to cool and carefully remove from molds.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until softened. Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional minute and then remove from heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, sliced red onion, and diced avocado.
- Place each tortilla bowl on a serving plate. Fill with the salad mixture, then top with the warm beef mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Top each bowl with salsa and sour cream. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with lime wedges.
