Grilled chicken, romaine, Parmesan, and creamy Caesar dressing in a soft whole wheat tortilla.

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 8 oz each)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Wrap Components

06 - 4 large whole wheat tortillas
07 - 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
08 - 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes (optional)
10 - 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

→ Caesar Dressing

11 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
12 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
14 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
15 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
16 - 1 small garlic clove, minced
17 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
02 - Grill the chicken breasts for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes to retain juices. Slice into thin strips.
03 - Whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
04 - Lay the tortillas flat and spread a spoonful of Caesar dressing down the center of each. Add chopped romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, shaved Parmesan, and if desired, cherry tomatoes and red onion.
05 - Drizzle additional dressing over the fillings. Fold in the tortilla sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
